The existing process is inefficient and a major cause of a &#8220;case of the Mondays&#8221; in multifamily residential property offices everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My Resident Market Survey (MyRMS)&nbsp;is a new product in beta that simplifies sharing competitors&#8217; numbers by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Centralizing data &#8212; one place to get your competitors&#8217; numbers: no more phone calls, no more emails, and no more sharing spreadsheets back and forth!<\/li><li>Encouraging cooperation &#8212; competitors cannot see your numbers until they&#8217;ve updated theirs for the week!<\/li><li>Providing security &#8212; it&#8217;s impossible to accidentally overwrite someone else&#8217;s numbers or have yours overwritten!<\/li><li>Storing history &#8212; changes to all data points such as rent high\/low averages, unit square footage, concessions, and more are stored for audit tracking!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh yeah, and most importantly &#8212; <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the beta is FREE to use!<\/span><\/strong> But this app won&#8217;t be in beta forever&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can easily invite comps into the app to exchange your data regarding fees, deposits, lease terms, floor plans\/pricing, and apartment and community amenities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;d like an invite to MyRMS to try out the beta, please reach out to me by sending me an email at kyle.miller@blackmondaytechnologies.com.
